Job Summary
In this hybrid role, you serve as both the face of the clinic and its marketing voice. As a Front of House Associate, you provide exceptional client service, manage check-ins and check-outs, and confidently educate clients on services and memberships. As Marketing Manager, you create social media content, promote local partnerships, and drive brand awareness through community engagement and digital outreach.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and curate compelling content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including videos, photos, and graphics.
- Film and edit high-quality video content using various equipment and software.
- Write engaging captions and utilize relevant hashtags to maximize reach.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the company’s use of social media.
- Identify and build relationships with local community organizations and influencers.
- Plan and execute local events to promote the brand and engage with the community.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, promotion, and on-site management.
- Establish partnerships with local businesses for promotional events (e.g., organizing a blood draw day at OrangeTheory, setting up informational tables at farmers markets, etc.).
- Connect with micro-influencers and local personalities to encourage visits and service trials.
- Welcome and check out clients based on services provided.
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth client flow.
- Develop a deep understanding of business operations, services, and customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person.
